Website and hosting
Technical server logs may process your IP address, time, requested URL, response status, browser, operating system and referring page to provide a secure website and diagnose faults. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation. The hosting provider is World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria. Logs are retained only as needed for operation, troubleshooting or investigation of specific security incidents.
Contact and enquiries
We process contact details and message content supplied by form, email or telephone to answer enquiries and, where relevant, prepare a contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) for handling enquiries. Name, email and message are required in the form; other details are optional. We cannot process an enquiry without the required details.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries not followed by a contract are deleted after completion when no longer needed, normally within six months. Statutory retention duties, especially for contractual and accounting records, and establishing or defending claims may justify longer retention. Responsible staff and contracted hosting, IT and email providers receive access as necessary for these purposes. Authorities receive data where legally required.
Cookies, languages and statistics
The website’s own functions use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, flags and translations are hosted locally. Language is determined by the chosen URL and requires no cookie. Google Search Console provides information about our presence in Google Search; DNS verification does not embed a Google tracking script on the website.
External links and WhatsApp
Partner-shop and WhatsApp links are ordinary external links. A connection to the provider is made only when you open a link. Its privacy information then applies; WhatsApp may also process data outside the EEA. You may contact us by telephone or email instead. Merely viewing our website does not load WhatsApp content.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. This website makes no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
